The session is divided into two semesters viz. I Term (April to September) and II Term (October to March). During each semester two periodic tests and one Term end Examination are conducted. There will also be regular class tests in each subject. Weightage for various assessments is as under for each semester:

Minimum pass marks in each subject is 33%.

Promotion to the next class will be granted to students who secure at least 33% marks in each scholastic subject counted cumulatively for both semesters.
